"No Peace Without Truth": Jews are owners, NOT occupiers
Seventy years ago, hate-filled Nazis boycotted Jewish businesses and shut Jews out of intellectual pursuits before murdering them and stealing their homes and property. Unbelievably, it’s happening all over again, today…right in front of our eyes. This time they’re using a brand new lie called ‘occupation’ to try to justify the terrorizing and killing of Jews around the world, as well as the destruction of Israel. Stabbings. Kidnappings. Suicide bombings. Rockets. Murdering of athletes. Airliner bombings. Slaughter of innocent families. Boycotts. Sanctions. Political intimidation. New Two State solutions.
All because Islamists and their allies have convinced the world of a new and monstrous Big Lie: that Jews deserve to die because they ‘stole’ (their own!) land and are (‘illegally’) occupying it.
Except…it’s not true and they know it!
Palestine was Israel’s name after it was changed by Roman conquerors to try to wipe out Jewish history. That’s why, on July 22, 1922, the League of Nations passed the Mandate For Palestine which recognized the ancient Jewish ties to Palestine in its preamble: “Whereas recognition has thereby been given to the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine and to the grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country;”
Article 6 of the Mandate says, “The Administration of Palestine…shall facilitate Jewish immigration…and shall encourage…close settlement by Jews on the land…” This was Israel’s land title deed to ALL of Israel west of the Jordan River, including Judea and Samaria (often incorrectly called the ‘West Bank’—the name given to the area during the illegal Jordanian occupation that finally ended in 1967).
Article 25 initiated the ‘original’ Two-State solution which specifically took land promised to Jews east of the Jordan River and used it instead to create the Arab-Palestinian State of Jordan.
If the world’s nations all got together and approved a treaty promising that a victimized and displaced people could rebuild the national home they had thousands of years before it was stolen during the longest occupation in human history, shouldn’t the world honour that treaty? Wouldn’t it be wrong for the world to incite and/or enable hate and violence against the people who relied on the promises in that treaty? Wouldn’t it be wrong for the world to allow murdering terrorists to take nearly one half of the land ninety years after the treaty was passed? Of course it would!
In 1922 the world gave the Jewish People their ancient homeland back. Now it is helping terrorists to take it away. It’s wrong, and here’s how YOU can help stop this obscene injustice:
a. Read the Mandate For Palestine, Israel’s land title deed. It’s a short document, it’s easy to understand, and it’s VERY clear about the world’s promises to the Jewish People.
c. Sign this petition to help us inspire Israeli Knesset members to read it in the Israeli parliament, and Prime Minister Netanyahu to read it aloud in public, on radio and TV. Nothing more -- nothing less!430 signaturesAdd signature
We, citizens and friends of Canada and Quebec, would like to make known to you our fear and anxiety over what may happen if you adopt Bill 59 as law in the province of Quebec. Your legislature has been considering Bill 59, which if it becomes law, may drastically reduce both freedom of speech and religious freedom in the province of Quebec. In this week's National Post we read the following:
Bill 59 assigns new powers to the Quebec Human Rights Commission (QHRC) to combat hate speech, as well as a variety of other provisions meant to protect against extremism by censoring speech that promotes “fear of the other.” Ominously, the bill would allow the QHRC to pursue websites that in its estimation describe and denounce Islamism. Article 6 would “give the QHRC the power to initiate legal proceedings before the Quebec Human Rights Tribunal without having to wait for complaints from the public.” Frémont explained that he planned to use the requested powers to sue those critical of certain ideas, “people who would write against … the Islamic religion … on a website or on a Facebook page.”
This would mean that any Muslim residing in Quebec who, exercising their religious freedom to change their faith could be prosecuted for writing in public why they left the faith of Islam voluntarily and their criticisms of the faith that they were raised in. This would be a gross violation of their human rights. Secondly any member of a non-Muslim faith who non-violently argues for the truth of their revelation, be it Jewish, Christian, Hindu, New Age, Buddhist or whatever could be liable to prosecution if they declared it superior to Islam. Finally, any atheist secularist who believes that Islam or any other religion is a fantasy of the human imagination could also be prosecuted.111 signaturesAdd signature
While we sleep peacefully in our beds, the Yazidi people of Iraq and Syria are being driven from their homes, the men and boys crucified and killed, while the women and children are raped and enslaved. Those who manage to escape have become refugees within Iraq, Syria, Jordan and abroad.
According to the Yezidi Human Rights Organization, more than 7,000 women and children have been captured by ISIS so far, and the slaughter and enslavement is continuing.
Nineteen year old 'Zaytoun' was captured and then raped 20 times a day by young ISIS fighters until she was sold off and married to an 80 year old Muslim man. She managed to escape but she is severely traumatized. Many Yezidi have chosen suicide over enslavement or conversion to Islam at gunpoint. Entire families have been murdered
This BBC documentary explains how women are being captured and abused by Islamic terrorists:
Surely we have learned from past genocides such as those against the Jews, the Armenians and the Rwandese, in both Europe Asia and Africa. We must not now turn a blind eye to the suffering of the Yazidi. We welcome and support the military and humanitarian intervention of Canada, the US and its allies in the war that now engulfs Iraq and Syria. But, we must do more!
There is no excuse for standing by. Let us tell our governments that they must do more, for they were elected to represent us. Together, let us demand that they provide more aid and protection for these innocent people. The Yazidi are the most ancient national group in Iraq and Syria and deserve our fullest support. They are among the indigenous peoples of Iraq and long predate the Muslim conquest.
